Each month they will be joined by a different guest host to discuss books written by First Nations, Métis, and Inuit authors.

Their first episode is entitled Why Indigenous Literatures Matter. In it they discuss the significance of literature, their plans for the podcast, why we should all care about Indigenous literature, and Daniel Justice’s book, (affiliate link) Why Indigenous Literatures Matter. The Wilfrid Laurier University Press has provided a free downloadable Educator’s Guide to accompany the book.
